Through our information and signposting service and public engagement, Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees received intelligence from members of the public concerning the service delivery at Woodside Grange Care Home.
The purpose of this visit was to conduct a more in depth examination of how the service is delivered, to listen to the views and experiences of members of staff, residents, family and friends, with the aim of providing recommendations from the findings to help improve service delivery and ensure the needs of the residents are met.
