Stockton-on-Tees Drug & Alcohol Services Survey
The purpose of this engagement is to understand the views and experiences of people accessing drug and alcohol services in Stockton-on-Tees - including friends and family, and professionals - and to ask people what they think is working well, what could be improved, and what could help them to access services in a meaningful way.
We would also like to provide the opportunity to ask people what additional support or guidance they feel could support them on their journey to improved wellbeing, ensuring that people have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to inform future service delivery and transformation.
All information that is provided is anonymous – protecting the people who share their valuable experiences and insight with the aim to support the improvement of service delivery and the other people who may benefit from the shared lived experience and insight.
