Peter Smith welcomed as new Executive Board Chair as Anne Sykes steps down
Anne highlighted how much she has enjoyed the role as Chair and working with such a great team. She thanked the Healthwatch Stockton-on- Tees team for the support she has received.
Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees, which managed by the Pioneering Care Partnership, would like to thank Anne for all her hard work, support and commitment over the years and wish her the very best for the future.
“I would like to thank Anne for everything that she has done in helping to support and develop Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees. Her knowledge and expertise will be very much missed, and we wish her well in all that she does in the future.

Peter, former Vice Chair, has now taken over as Chair while Anne will remain as a Board member. Peter said: “In my time with Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees, it was a real pleasure to work with Anne and the wealth of expertise, knowledge and support that she brought has been greatly appreciated.
“I am very much looking forward to continuing the excellent work undertaken by the Board and the Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees team, as we navigate our way through these difficult and challenging times.”
