Catalyst launches Keeping People Connected Service

Catalyst has launched a support service for those who have or may have learning disability and/or autism. Many people with learning disability and /or autism will become increasingly vulnerable during the current Covid-19 crisis.

Keeping People Connected Stockton-on-Tees is funded by Tees Valley Clinical Commissioning Group and aims to help people by keeping connected with them.
