1. University Hospital of North Tees 'Communication' Report - January 2017

    Following a number of pieces of work completed by Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees in the University Hospital of North Tees, from 2015 to 2016, patients reported that communication could be improved.

  2. Feedback on the Integrated Urgent Care Service at University Hospital of North Tees - July 2017

    Report -

    The new Integrated Urgent Care Service was launched on 1st April 2017 with Centre’s located at the University Hospital of North Tees and the University Hospital of Hartlepool. As an NHS service it is funded by the Clinical Commissioning Group.

    Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees investigated public awareness and experiences of local alcohol service users, alcohol-related services (such as advice/counselling), alcohol-related hospital admissions and A&E attendances.

    Healthwatch works closely with both the voluntary and public sectors to assist in the delivery of its statutory activities and priorities.

  5. Enter & View - Implementation of John's Campaign and support for patients living with dementia at University Hospital of North Tees - October 2017

    Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees are part of the North of Tees Dementia Collaborative network, and work closely with the Live Well Dementia Hub and Dementia Voices Stockton.
