Through our information and signposting service and public engagement, Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees recieved intelligence from members of the public concerning the service delivery of Woodbridge Practice, situation at Thornaby Medical Centre.
Form the information recieved, the Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees Board decided to conduct an Enter and View vistit to the GP Surgery. The purpose of this visit was to conduct a more in depth examination of how the service is delivered, to listen to the views and experiences of members of staff and service users, with the aim of providing recommentations from the findings to help improve service delivery, patient experience and ensure the needs of service users are met.
